Hartman has been caught several times trying to sneak aboard flights at sfo. Now she is accused of stowing away at Mineta San Jose International airport on a plane southbound to l. A. Hartman is suspected of slipping past tsa agents without a ticket. Officials say she tailgated a family in front of her to slip through security and then she was able to get past the gate agent and board the southwest plane down to los angeles. The mercury news reports she was caught there when the flight attendants counted passengers that were continuing on the flight to phoenix and found one extra person on board. A surprising turn of events in the search for a fisherman whose boat was found in the waters off San Francisco. As betty yu reports, authorities want to find him for more reasons than first thought. Reporter the skipper of this salmon fishing boat had radioed for help before the vessel ran aground on ocean beach. Turns out this wasnt the only kind of trouble he was dealing with. Timothy lybrand, an experienced fisherman, is wanted in santa clara county. There is a 75,000 warrant out for his arrest. He was first arrested in 2010 on drug charges and was picked up again in 2012. There is no indication of where he could be, but it was determined that the likelihood that he is still out in the waters of San Francisco, it wasnt very likely. Reporter after hours of scouring the shoreline, crews called off their search. Authorities believe lybrand could be on the run. Santa cruz police say lybrand was also arrested in 2010 for being a parolee at large. A Family Member tells me lybrand fell into drugs and alcohol at an early age. As for the potential mess from the boat, the coast guard and National Park service say they will clean up the fuel and any other pollutants. Its all from the 19 dating back to the 1920s. Artifacts and furniture dating back to that time period. Reporter its amazing when you look around the structure. I notice the door ways very short. We started off with the adobe house itself. And it walks you through the history of the indians and the mexican spanish tradition. Yes. Absolutely. We represent three eras here. The Agricultural Dairy era, they ohlone area and another era. Reporter there is a new task force formed to bring awareness of to the property. Absolutely. With all our programs this program has been around for five years we want to evaluate it. So we want to hear from the community what they like and what they would like to see the future of the adobe look like so well be forming a task force. Reporter this is extremely important to get this message across right now with school just starting, kids can actually come and learn about the history of this land. Absolutely. We offer school tours starting in september going all through the school year. So students can come and learn about the property. We have free open time where parents can bring their families on the weekends. They can pick up exploration backpacks and discover the property themselves. So we have a lot to offer for students. I have come by here on my bike riding by and i see people on the weekends really tending to the land. Whats that all about . We have a lot of volunteers who help us take care of the property. We have a six acre property here and we really encourage people to come and enjoy the property. We have picnic tables. Milwaukee uncovered the theft. They say in a series of break ins a group of hackers hit 420,000 websites. The names of the sites have not been released. Sources say the company concluded that antitrust regulators would likely block the merger. It would have combined the nations 3rd and 4th largest Wireless Phone operators. Sprints ceo had argued that the merged companies could better compete with at t and verizon and that would create a price war. Finally we might be about a month away from the big reveal of the latest iphone. According to a published report, apple will debut its iphone 6 at a media event on september 9. Earthquake in southern chin 589 people are searchandrescue teams are finding more bodies in the rubble left by sundays earthquake in southern china. 589 people are known dead and some communities still havent been checked. That monsoonal moisture continues. We have some rain in the north bay but a bigger band in the south bay toward fremont and san jose starting to pick up a few scattered light showers through palo alto and redwood city. By the afternoon, we should see some clearing skies and some warmer temperatures out there and more sunshine and back to normal weather as we start to look toward the weekend. That low Pressure Center is going to start to drop to the south but not before leaving behind more rain this morning. By the afternoon, it heads out. And our skies start to clear out. Temperatures around the state 90s in the Central Valley. High country 70s and 80s, a chance of some thunderstorms there. A north bay man is with his brother for the first time in 70 years. Its an incredible story. We have a report from tennessee, where the two men are making up for lost time. Reporter the story of the holland brothers goes back more than 80 years. Frank holland and john holland, jr. , hadnt seen each other since the mid 1940s. They were separated at a young age but they reconnected in a Childrens Home. Frank was abandoned by their mother, john was left at the Childrens Home by his father. A few years later at the ages of 13 and 14, they were pulled apart again. Went with an aunt of mine. And junior was still in the home. And he stayed there until he was 18. And then he went into the navy. Reporter then came the 70 year gap. No contact at all. I sort of gave up and i think in a way, he sort of gave up, too. But we never forgot. Reporter everything changed after frank went in to get surgery this year. He told the story of his long lost brother to his nurse. She connected him to another worker at the hospital a former private investigator and was able to find this long lost connection and she reached johns son. She said, he had been in the hospital having surgery, cancer, and he wanted to see his brother because he was afraid when went for that surgery that would be the last time he would not wake up from it. Reporter then came the call. Uncle frank kept on saying, jr. , are you there . Junior, are you and then my dad said, is this francis . Reporter they dont know how long it will take to make up for lost time but are both sure of one thing. I love him. And i figure thats one thing in life that i want to accomplish to be with him again. Amazing. Isnt it . Yeah. 70 years. Can you imagine . I guess they have some similarities, obviously, because theyre brothers. I guess they both put rubber bands around their wallets which is a crazy little quirky thing. Able to hang out again. Kpix 5s kiet do is on the scene of a twoalarm fire that broke out a little more than an hour ago. Whats happening there, kiet . Reporter yeah, looks like the fire is pretty much under control. This broke out at the top of the hou at 5 00. It went to two alarms at the willow glen senior assisted living care center. It was contained to the Main Building on the second floor of the roof. That is the Office Building right below the dining hall at that hour. Not even the cook was there so the building was empty and as far as we know, no residents were injured in this fire. It was knocked down in 30 minutes. They are cleaning up, using chainsaws cutting holes in the roof trying to cool the fire down as they try to figure out what happened at this Senior Living center in willow glen.
