Its happening in a town in the northern normandy region. A report siting police said two men armed with knives took several people hostage in a church. Up to six people were reportedly being held. Well, a man with a knife killed at least 19 people at a facility for the disabled in japan. The facility is located just outside of tokyo. The victims were killed in their sleep. Surveillance video shows the suspect getting out of the car. At least 25 others were wounded. The suspect turned himself into police. Its reported he had been fired from the hospital. A city official said earlier this year, he had offered to kill disabled people if the government approves. He was involuntarily committed after that but released.
