Students here protesting say if a Student Makes a claim against a professor or anybody else, the school needs to investigate openly and the students need to be in on it. Today students and faculty members are demanding more transparency from their university. I tell my students nothing will change unless we speak up for victims. She says a student was sexually harassed by her sociology professor, eric tramby. He asked her for sexual favor in exchange for an a. Reporter the accuser and dr. Leon filed charges against tramby. At some point the communication with the school kind of ended. We were no longer involved in what happened, no longer informed. The concerns are understandable. Reporter this universityc vice provost says the school did work to protect the privacy of the accuser but in toing its own university privacy, they had to protect the privacy of eric tramby. All they will confirm now is that hes no longer here to teach classes. Its hard to get people to Pay Attention to a policy. The four alarms forced neighbors to evacuate and nearby schools to close. The fire started at 2 30 at american and cumberland streets in west kensington. Cydney long is at the scene. The Fire Companies and Ladder Companies putting water with their hoses on these small fires burning underneath the rubble still some 15 hours later. Were told the fire marshall will not be able to safely access the scene to zero in on a cause until the flames are out completely and the site structurally sound. Residents who witnessed the flame, smelled the smoke and parents whose students were turned away at two Community Schools because of the fire. They should go back home. Whoever did that probably was in one of those buildings got cut trying to get cout, was inside the building, burned the thing down, came out running, leaving footprints behind.
