If you were in that category of having one other risk factor of being in your 50s or 70s, your improvement in mortality, lowering your risk of Heart Failure, stroke, heart attack, all those things went down. The hard part was getting people to lower it to that level. Its not that easy to do. Even with medications, even getting it to 140 is a challenge. Doctors now have to have this conversation with their patients. These are people who had more than one risk factor. They were 50 and had high if youre 50 and your pressure is high Blood Pressure, you need to get it down to 120 . We dont know the answer. Dari heres a big issue.
