I think its an important point, but one that jim comey is well aware and the bush administration, there is no standard that they didnt meet criminally, and the carelessness is a judgment call. Something to think about, and i think its important for people to understand, if you have the rash of poisen ivy, you cant transmit it by touching them, and its the oil or resin from the leaf that causes the rash so if you think you have been exposed washed immediately with warm soap and water and all of your clothing put it in the that resin and oil can still transmit.
