Right. Were developing a whole curriculum, whats the right kind of exercise, diet, the whole foods. If you cant, suppliments. Sleep, meditation. Science says meditation affects the brain. Music affects the brain. Coloring affects the brain. All of these things were learning through science. Youre teaching a lot of people a lot through something that i participated in with you called move for minds. Something youre doing around the country thats growing. Its growing.
