Traveller Letters, March 20) I don't think it would worry me if I lost my Qantas frequent flyer membership card. These days I earn FF points in many ways and places such as credit card purchases, transactions at service stations, pharmacies, non-card financial services and even a health app just for walking day in, day out.
I know where my card is, however, I can't recall when I last had to produce it. There's an image of it on my phone if really needed. The days of having to produce a plastic card are fading fast.
