Tyson Foods recalls 30,000 pounds of its chicken 'Fun Nuggets' after customers found METAL inside them and one suffered an 'oral injury'

Tyson Foods is recalling about 30,000 pounds of dinosaur-shaped 'Fun Nuggets' after some people found small metal pieces in their chicken patties - and one reported an oral injury.
