West Virginia father of missing infant arrested for unrelated felony and misdemeanor charges

Cops fear for safety of missing three-month-old baby girl whose father claims he handed her over to child protection services before being arrested on unrelated battery charges
Shannon Overstreet was arrested Monday in Huntington, West Virginia and charged with felony malicious wounding and a misdemeanor battery 
His three-month-old daughter, Angel Overstreet, has been missing for three weeks   
Overstreet told authorities he returned the child to CPS, but police said there is no record of her being handed over and they say they have fears for her safety
