The group s stated goal is to promote the pro-freedom policies of the last four years that created unprecedented prosperity at home and restored respect for America abroad, to defend those policies from liberal attacks and media distortions, and to prevent the radical Left from enacting its policy agenda that would threaten America s freedoms, according to a statement from the group.

Lawsuit number seven has been filed by Texas Attorney General against the Biden administration. This one is over the increased risk of COVID-19 to the state produced by the surge of illegal migrants at the southern border. The crisis at the border isn’t just a humanitarian crisis, it is also a public health crisis as the coronavirus pandemic is still with us.
Texas was the first state to sue the Biden administration. That lawsuit was over Biden’s executive order to put a freeze on deportations of illegal immigrants. Additional lawsuits followed the first one. The lawsuits included one which demands that Biden reinstate Trump’s Remain-in-Mexico policy. That agreement with Mexico was very successful in easing the flood of migrants entering Texas, overwhelming border patrol personnel and law enforcement officers. Rest assured, Paxton will be a frequent filer.
Group Headed by Top Former Trump Adviser Assisting Texas in Lawsuit Against Biden Administration
A legal nonprofit headed by a former top immigration adviser to ex-President Donald Trump is helping the state of Texas in its recently filed lawsuit against the Biden administration.
Stephen Miller’s America First Legal, which was just launched, is acting as outside counsel for Republican Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton as he seeks to convince a judge to block Biden’s immigration-related executive orders for alleged violation of federal law by releasing illegal immigrants into the country without testing them for COVID-19.
The Biden administration set an “illegal policy of mass releasing COVID-positive illegal immigrants during a pandemic,” Miller said on Fox News’s “Hannity” on Friday.
