Deputies responded to the scene and requested the bomb squad be dispatched to render the devices safe.
Mackie said that incident remains under investigation by the Noble County Sheriff s Office and Ohio State Fire Marshal s Office.
When arrested on April 20, Hall was taken into custody on the warrants issued by the Noble County court and Cambridge Municipal Court for a probation violation and a charge of criminal damaging, a second-degree misdemeanor.
The criminal damaging charge was filed by Cambridge police on April 9 following an unrelated incident.
Hall is also accused of violating the terms of his probation on March 1 and 8 when he failed to appear for court-ordered counseling following a conviction for aggravated criminal trespassing in September 2020.

Preliminary hearings have been scheduled for two Cambridge residents facing felony drug charges following an investigation by the Central Ohio Drug Enforcement Task Force and Guernsey County Sheriff s Office last week.
Brittany Gardner, 27, and Tyson Heskett, 22, were arrested by authorities on April 19 after a search warrant was executed at a Cambridge residence.
The preliminary hearings are scheduled for May 6 in the Cambridge Municipal Court.
Gardner faces single counts of permitting drug abuse and aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies, while Heskett is charged with aggravated possession of drugs and possession of a fentanyl-related compound, also fifth-degree felonies.

Man who struck officer with lawn mower facing charges

A Cambridge man is facing a felony assault charge for reportedly striking a city police officer with a lawn mower during a confrontation outside his Long Street home Sunday night.
In addition to the fourth-degree felony, Justin Beatty, 28, is facing one count each of aggravated menacing, a first-degree misdemeanor, and resisting arrest, a second-degree misdemeanor.
He is accused of threatening a man dropping off a friend at a nearby Madison Avenue residence before the encounter with the officer.
Bond for Beatty was set at $15,000 with no 10% allowed and a personal recognizance bond with special conditions during a hearing Monday in the Cambridge Municipal Court. He was also ordered not to have any contact with the alleged victims.
