Spillane, 22, is charged with one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, as the result of bills of information filed Wednesday in the Guernsey County Common Pleas Court. The bills of information against the Bethesda residents were filed by prosecutors nine days after they dismissed identical charges filed in the Cambridge Municipal Court on Feb. 8.

Four individuals waive preliminary hearings in Guernsey, Noble counties The Daily Jeffersonian Four people facing felony charges stemming from narcotics investigations, high-speed pursuits and a home invasion waived their right to a preliminary hearing Thursday in the Cambridge Municipal Court and Noble County Court. Waiving the hearings were Myron Anderson, 53, Vienna, W.Va.; Aaron E. Nathan, 22, Cleveland; Leontae Brooks, 19, Columbus; and Rebecca Sergent, 30, Lowell. All four cases were bound over from the lower courts to the common pleas court in each county. The case are expected to be presented to a grand jury at a future date and time. A pretrial hearing for a fifth individual, Odonshae M. Turner, 21, Garfield Heights, was continued until March 11 in the Cambridge Municipal Court at his request.

The Daily Jeffersonian Two men arrested by Guernsey County sheriff s deputies during a recent traffic stop are facing new felony charges for their alleged role in a home invasion in Cambridge the same day. City police charged Odonshae M. Turner, 21, Garfield Heights, with single counts of aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony, and burglary, a second-degree felony, while Aaron E. Nathan, 22, Cleveland, faces one count of complicity, a first-degree felony. The home invasion at a North Eighth Street residence took place just before 2:30 p.m. on Feb. 22. A male inside the residence was reportedly assaulted by one of the suspects, who is also accused of brandishing a firearm.
