Western Australia Premier Mark McGowan says he has cancelled all appointments for the AstraZeneca vaccine in under 50s and people who have received their first dose of the vaccine who did not have any side effects can get the second jab.
Mr McGowan said there had been no new COVID-19 cases and the state had administered vaccines to 64,767 people.
The Premier called for caution and vigilance for Western Australians and urged them to get tested and vaccinated while repealing capacity limits for indoor spaces.
Clubs and cafes, however, were limited to 75 per cent capacity.

Western Australia Premier Mark McGowan says today's state election is a contest of "experience versus inexperience", labelling Opposition Leader Zak Kirkup "risky".
"Our opponents are risky and inexperienced. They are not ready for government. We saw that yesterday with their costings announcement. They haven't done the work that's needed," he said.
The Premier comfortably leads Mr Kirkup in the latest Newspoll, 79 per cent to 13 per cent on better premier, and enjoys an 88 per cent approval rating.

A 67-year-old man was arrested in Rockingham last night and is assisting police with inquiries in relation to a suspicious package containing white powder which was thrown into the premier’s office.
“Whoever did it was the person who did it and the person who made the threats, they’re the ones who acted inappropriately, I’m not going to try and blame my opponents,” Mr McGowan said.
“You never know with these things what they actually are, what they mean.
“They could just be a hoax, which is normally the case, but sometimes, in a heated pre-election environment it could be something more.
“So that’s why the authorities treat it with seriousness and a very cautionary and precautionary approach which is obviously what happened yesterday".

McGowan announces $5.6 million support package for WA veterans 10/03/2021|4min
Western Australia Premier Mark McGowan has announced a $5.6 million support package for the state’s veteran community as well as $430,000 to be put toward training support dogs for veterans with PTSD.
The funding will include an additional $1 million per annum for the Anzac Day Trust which distributes money to ex-service organisations such as Legacy and the RSL.
The premier also said his government would ensure Anzac Day services go ahead as planned this year.
“We’ve worked with the RSL in a COVIDSafe way of doing it,” he said.
“We expect a major dawn service at Kings Park, plus services across the community.
