The U.S. Postal Service is considering modernizing its Bismarck Processing and Distribution Center but possibly shifting some processing to Fargo.

The Knoxville facility is one of 29 across the country consolidating its processing operations into mega regional centers as part of the misnamed “Delivering for America” program.

The public meeting will be at Pellissippii State Community College on Hardin Valley Road and will start at 3 p.m.
