i don t want to answer any questions. i feel so sad. i don t know if any of the other defense attorneys there will be automatic appeals. there will be appeals upon appeals, this will go on for years and years and years. we offered to plead guilty to every charge so long as his death was not the rut. so joshua would have been sentenced to life without the possibility of release, would have happened three weeks after the crime had taken place. josh would have disappeared into the great abyss of the perfonal system and would never have been heard from again. that was not serious enough punishment for the state. and then, of course the state was being goated on by dr. petit and so we had to go through three years of haze and joshua.
