Falkville man one of several facing federal charges after Washingon riots

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. A Falkville man is among those facing federal charges for actions during Wednesday s riot at the U.S Capitol.
The U.S. Department of Justice said that in addition to those who have been charged, additional complaints have been submitted and investigations are ongoing.
The Falkville man is identified as:
Lonnie Coffman, of Alabama, charged on Jan. 7, 2021, with possession of an unregistered firearm (destructive device) and carrying a pistol without a license. It is alleged that Coffman’s vehicle contained 11 explosive devices known as Molotov cocktails and firearms. It is further alleged he was in possession of two firearms. Man sought on attempted murder charge after shooting at boat dealership

Authorities are searching for a 51-year-old who shot and injured another man at a boat dealership in Little Egg Harbor on Tuesday.
Donald Rutter of Tuckerton is being sought on a charge of attempted murder after shooting a 55-year-old Little Egg Harbor man in the midsection around 7:30 p.m. at Jarvis Marine on Radio Road, the Ocean County Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement.
The victim was brought to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center where he is in stable condition.
Rutter couldn’t be found after an exhaustive search of the area involving Little Egg Harbor and Tuckerton police as well as New Jersey State Police, New Jersey State Park Police, the United States Marshals Service, Ocean County Sheriff’s Office, and the prosecutor’s office.
