Tyler Ray Glass pled guilty to the felony offenses of Burglary of a Habitation and Assault Family Violence – Occlusion and was sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division. Further, Glass, on probation for the felony offense of Evading Arrest, was adjudicated and sentenced to 8 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division.

Burlington, Ia- Authorities have announced the arrest of a Burlington man on drug possession charges.
According to a news release, on Friday, February 5th the Southeast Iowa Narcotics Task Force, Burlington Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division, and the Burlington Police Department’s Problem Oriented Policing Unit (POP) executed a search warrant on a residence in the 900 block. of North 8th Street.
The search warrant was being executed in reference to a subject who was trafficking large quantities of narcotics in the greater Burlington area.
47-year-old Milton Cleon Davis of Burlington (above) was arrested on charges of Possession with Intent to Deliver Heroin, Possession with Intent to Deliver Marijuana, Two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Two counts of Drug Tax Stamp Violation, Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
Sedalia Police Reports For February 8th, 2021

Early Monday morning, Officers responded to the End Zone Sports Bar and Grill, 3120 West Broadway for a disturbance. Eddie R. Bailey, 48, of Sedalia, was taken into protective custody and transferred to the Pettis County Detention Facility for a protective custody hold.
Sunday night, Officers conducted a vehicle stop in the 3200 block of South Limit Avenue. John J. Kemmerer, 51, of La Monte, was arrested for Driving While Revoked. Kemmerer was transported to the Pettis County Detention Facility, where he was booked and released.
Sedalia Police initiated a traffic stop at West 13th Street and South Warren for several moving violations Sunday night. After an investigation, it was found the driver was in possession of marijuana. Daniel Scott Robledo, 43, of Sedalia, was issued a court summons for Possession of Marijuana and given a court date.

A Somerset man was arrested by the Pulaski County Sheriffâs Office Thursday on drug-related charges after a traffic stop.
Brandon Mayfield, 31, is charged with first-degree Possession of a Controlled Substance â Methamphetamine and first-degree Possession of a Controlled Substance â Heroin.
According to PCSO, the charges stem from an earlier investigation by the Kentucky Department of Corrections Division of Probation and Parole.
Officer Jason Hardwick, with the Division of Probation and Parole, and Eubank Police Department Chief Tony Duncan conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on North Ky. 27.
In that traffic stop, officers spotted and took into custody Mayfield, who was being sought on Pulaski Circuit Court Indictments for multiple counts of trafficking in methamphetamine and Fentanyl, as well as being a Persistent Felony Offender.
