CANNABIS CULTURE – The continued prohibition of cannabis in Wyoming is unconstitutional – AND the majority of the state’s resident want the freedom to choose.
At least, that’s the argument from chemist and advocate for psychedelic substances, Casey William Hardison.
Hardison is representing himself before a Teton County Criminal Court.
The forty-nine year old is a self-educated anthropologist who has devoted his time to studying consciousness and the relationship between humans and entheogenic and entactogenic drugs since 1993.

Hardison was arrested in Yorkville, California in August of 2020 and extradited to Teton County, Wyoming. He is charged with three counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance and two counts of Aggravated Assault and Battery.
TUCSON, Arizona The last of twenty-eight defendants charged in two sweeping investigations into the manufacture and distribution of the controlled substance commonly referred to as spice, a synthetic cannabinoid made with chemicals, was federally sentenced on December 10 in United States District Court.
The twenty-eight defendants were charged and convicted of a variety of crimes including conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance, conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute a controlled substance analogue, conspiracy to engage in interstate travel in aid of racketeering, conspiracy to commit mail fraud, introduction of misbranded drugs into interstate commerce, and money laundering.

Jarred Williams, on probation for the felony offense of Deadly Conduct, was adjudicated and sentenced to 10 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division
Star Rahmir Rivers, on probation for the felony offense of Evading Arrest, was revoked and sentenced to 2 years, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, Institutional Division
Shaun Michael Reutter pled guilty to the state jail felony offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance and was sentenced to 12 months, Texas Department of Criminal Justice, State Jail Division
Wednesday morning at 11:45 am, Brownwood and Early Police Departments and the Brown County Sheriff’s Office executed a narcotics search/arrest warrant at a residence in the 100 block of Northline Drive in Early.
According to a statement from Brownwood Police, the arrest was the culmination of a months-long investigation into the sale of methamphetamine in Brown County.
Arrested was Jasmine Dezarea Cobbin, 29, who remained in Brown County Jail Friday morning on bonds totaling $120,000.
During the execution of the warrant, suspected illegal substances were discovered which included over ½ an ounce of Ecstasy, approximately 5 ounces of Marijuana, under 2 grams of Methamphetamine and multiple grams of over a dozen different prescription pills.
