North Carolina Highway Patrol responded to a fatal collision on Saturday at approximately 3:08 p.m. on N.C. 904 and Seaside Road near Sunset Beach.
Dakota Reiswig, 26, of Ocean Isle Beach, was driving a 1998 Toyota SUV traveling south on N.C. 904 when he ran off the road to the left and allegedly hit two people standing in the driveway of a private home. Reiswig is also accused of hitting a parked 2015 Hyundai SUV that was owned by Robert Winslow, 64, in the driveway of the home before landing in a ditch.

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) – Agents with the South Carolina Department of Revenue arrested a Myrtle Beach man on Tuesday and charged him with three counts of tax evasion, according to information from the department.
Raymond Joseph Hayes, 49, failed a W4 with his employer claiming to be exempt from taxes, according to arrest warrants. He then allegedly failed to file income tax returns from 2017 to 2019, authorities said.

HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WMBF) – A woman was kidnaped and assaulted after a man burglarized her Myrtle Beach area home, according to authorities.
The alleged incident happened Wednesday night at a home on Maypop Circle, a report from Horry County police stated.
The suspect – identified as 27-year-old Sanadin Elrayes – allegedly burglarized the residence while armed with a gun.
Elrayes then assaulted and dragged the victim by her hair to his vehicle, according to arrest warrants.

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WMBF) â A Myrtle Beach woman is facing a number of charges after allegedly assaulting several law enforcement officers following her arrest.
Online records from the J. Reuben Long Detention Center state 31-year-old Shanika Michelle Gause was booked at 2:20 p.m. Wednesday on four counts of third-degree assault and battery, and one count each of assault on a police officer while resisting arrest, malicious damage to property and resisting arrest.
