Teen killed in northern Jefferson County crash Updated May 11, 2021; The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Isaiah Dylan Foster Guess. He was 18. The crash happened at 6:20 p.m. in the 400 block of Warrior-Trafford Road. Authorities said Guess was a passenger in a vehicle when the driver lost control while attempting to pass another vehicle and struck a tree. View Comments LOUISVILLE, Ky.  The DJ for Louisville rapper Jack Harlow is accused of shooting and killing a woman during a pre-Kentucky Derby party at Vibes Restaurant and Ultra Lounge, Jefferson Commonwealth s Attorney Tom Wine s office announced Tuesday. Ronnie T. O’Bannon, better known as Ronnie Lucciano, has been indicted on one count of murder and tampering with physical evidence after Louisville Metro Police said he shot the woman around 1:30 a.m. May 1 inside the nightclub, 1346 River Road. Kasmira Nash, 37, of Louisville, died in incident, according to the Jefferson County Coroner s Office. Friends and family said she worked as a bartender at the club.

Tykeila Johnson is charged in the killing of 18-month-old Kar’Mynn Brachelle Gaines. The U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested Tykeila Lesha Johnson on Monday, five months to the day after Kar’Mynn died. Kar’Mynn was injured Nov. 16 and then taken off life support Dec. 10, 2020. The charge is capital because of the victim’s age. Marshals took Johnson into custody about 2:45 p.m. at an apartment in the 20 block of Sixth Avenue North in Birmingham. She was booked into the Jefferson County Jail at 8:09 p.m. Monday and remains held without bond.
