BESSEMER A 21-year-old man has been identified as the victim of a Tuesday-night shooting in Bessemer.
Keaderick Terrod Robertson, of Midfield, lost his life during an apparent shootout in the 1000 block of 26th Street North in Bessemer. Authorities believe the shooting took place at approximately 10:13 p.m. According to the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office, Robertson was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 10:30 p.m.
The Bessemer Police Department is investigating the case as a homicide and currently have one suspect in custody for questioning.
According to a report from al.com, police believe the shots were exchanged between the vehicle Robertson was in and someone in a house on 26th Street. Robertson’s Chevrolet Malibu came to rest against a utility pole after the shots were fired.

The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office identified the victim as Davon Treshawn Beebe. He was 22.
The accident happened at 8:06 p.m. on First Avenue North at 85th Street. Authorities said Beebe was a passenger in a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt that was involved in a collision with another vehicle. Additional details weren’t released.
Beebe was taken to UAB Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 9:46 p.m. Birmingham police are investigating.

Davon Treshawn Beebe, 22, of Cullman, was killed when the 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt he was a passenger in, was involved in a crash. The wreck happened at the intersection of First Avenue North and 85
th Street North in Birmingham, just after 8 p.m.
The victim was taken to UAB Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The cause and circumstances surrounding the wreck are being investigated by the Birmingham Police Department.

Two men were killed in separate weekend incidents in Bessemer, including one who was beaten to death with a kitchen pot and another who was shot while walking home from his grandparents’ house.
Family members say Deterrious Kieth-Bernerd Steele, 21, had left his grandparents’ house Sunday night and was just walking to his girlfriend’s house several blocks away. A short time later, Bessemer police and fire medics were dispatched to Hard Park, also known as Enoch Brown Park, after someone found him wounded.
It wasn’t immediately clear what time the shooting actually happened, but the family last saw him about 7:45 p.m. Steele was found unresponsive at 9:48 p.m. and pronounced dead on the scene.

The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim as Deterrious Kieth-Bernerd Steele, 21, of Birmingham.
Authorities say the shooting took place at 7:45 p.m. Sunday and Steele was pronounced dead at the scene shortly before 10 p.m. The park is in the 2800 block of Berkley Avenue.
The Bessemer Police Department is investigating the death as a homicide.
