TRACKING THE COVID-19 VACCINE Share Updated: 12:38 PM EDT Apr 16, 2021 Officials have released the name of a person found dead in the Ohio River.A body was pulled near the Portland neighborhood of Louisville on Wednesday. Few details were released except that police were notified around noon about a body floating near the power plant. River patrol then recovered the body.On Friday, the Jefferson County Coroner s Office identified the person as Darrell Long, 46. Long was reported missing at the end of March. LMPD s Dwight Mitchell confirmed they are one in the same.His cause of death is still pending. No further details were immediately available.
