Woodbridge reports an increase of new COVID-19 cases
WOODBRIDGE – The township reported 184 new COVID-19 cases over a four-day period, which brings the total number of cases to 9,227, according to Mayor John McCormac in his coronavirus report on March 12.
Forty-five new cases of COVID-19 were reported for March 8, 45 new cases were reported for March 9, 43 new cases were reported for March 10 and 51 new cases were reported on March 11.
“That moved all of our rolling averages up to over 40 cases per day from the mid-30s just last week and March is trending very slightly higher than February so we clearly have not quite turned the corner yet,” McCormac said.
