The second dose of anti-coronavirus vaccine will be administered to healthcare workers from February 13, the Centre said on Thursday, highlighting that 45 per cent of them have been inoculated so far.
Of the 56,36,868 beneficiaries vaccinated, Additional Secretary in the Union health ministry Manohar Agnani said 52,66,175 are healthcare workers and 3,70,693 are frontline workers whose vaccination started on February 2.
As many as 47 districts have not reported new COVID-19 cases and 251 districts have not reported any COVID-19-related deaths in the last three weeks, said Union Health Ministry on Thursday adding that India's COVID-19 cumulative positivity rate is 5.42 per cent and positivity rate last week was at 1.82 per cent.

Over 21 per cent of the population, aged 10 years and above, showed evidence of past exposure to COVID-19 in the ICMR s latest national serosurvey, the government said on Thursday, noting that a large proportion of people are still vulnerable to the infection. The prevalence of the infection has been found among 25.7 per cent of healthcare workers, according to the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) third national serosurvey conducted between December 17 last year and January 8.
