Two Arrested After Search Warrant Served at Motel 6 Late this morning, May 24, the Mid-Missouri Drug Task Force and Pettis County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at Motel 6, 3402 W. Broadway Blvd., Room 306, reference drug distribution. During execution, approximately one gram of black tar heroin was seized along with sales and use paraphernalia. In addition, 44 magnum ammunition was seized as being in possession of a person prohibited. “While this may seem like a small amount of heroin, it is more than enough for several potentially lethal doses. Evidence suggests exponentially more heroin was present prior to execution,” according to Pettis County Sheriff Brad Anders.

This is a compilation of reports released by the Pettis County Sheriff s Office: On Thursday May 13 shortly after 3 p.m., Pettis County Deputies responded to the front lawn of the Pettis County Courthouse on a report of a subject camping in the grass. The subject was identified as Jacob E. Masters. Masters was instructed to leave the property, but refused to do so as requested by the deputy. Masters was taken into custody and taken to the Pettis County Jail, where he was booked and released on a charge of 1st degree Trespassing.   On May 13 at 9:50 a.m., Pettis County Deputies responded to the Pettis County Courthouse, 415 South Ohio, on a subject with an active warrant. Justin A. Bradford was arrested on a Petis County warrant and transported to the Pettis County Jail.

This is a compilation of reports released by the Pettis County Sheriff s Office: On Tuesday May 11, Pettis County Fire Chief Make Harding reported the theft of a catalytic converter from a 1999 Ford F-350, while it was parked in front of a fire station in the 23000 block of Radio Hill.   On May 11, Pettis County Deputies conducted a traffic stop near Dove and Highway E in Green Ridge, The driver was identified as Ryan C. Kruse of Windsor. According to the report, the smell of marijuana was coming from the vehicle. Deputies located green plant material, along with several items of drug paraphernalia.

This is a compilation of reports released by the Pettis County Sheriff s Office: On May 7, Pettis County Deputies conducted a traffic stop near Highways 50 and 65 on a vehicle failing to drive on the right half of the roadway. The driver, Harley Harper of Freeman, Mo., was arrested on a failure to appear warrant out of Henry County. Ms. Harper was subsequently charged with driving while intoxicated, prior offender. She was transported to the Pettis County Jail.   Late Thursday night, Pettis County Deputies took a burglary report at Budget Inn, 4710 South Limit, in which a PlayStation PS4 and a black backpack went missing between 8:50 and 10 p.m. There is one suspect with no other leads at the time of the report.
