According to court documents, on April 17 Hart was found to be in possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine. Bail was set at $15,000. • Heather N. Mooney, 24, of Fenton, Missouri, , was charged with unlawful possession of methamphetamine, a Class 3 felony. The case was presented by the Collinsville Police Department. According to court documents, on Aug. 22 Mooney was found to be in possession of less than five grams of methamphetamine. Bail was set at $15,000.

Jackie R. Moss, 62, of the 1700 block of Muny Vista Drive, Alton, was charged with unlawful presence in a school zone by a child sex offender, a Class 4 felony. The case was presented by the Alton Police Department. According to court documents, on Jan. 13 Moss allegedly was located near East Elementary School, 1035 Washington Ave. The school is approximately 3 miles from his home. According to the Illinois State Police sex offender registry, Moss has convictions for aggravated criminal sexual abuse and failure to report a change of address/employment. The site notes he is considered a sexual predator, and that the victim was 16 and he was 46 at the time of the incident.

Three “Request for Preliminary Review to Determine Probably Cause for Forfeiture” were filed Thursday, Feb. 11. Two of the cases involved have resulted in felony charges being filed; charges are pending in the third. The forfeitures stem from police investigations in the Troy and Granite City areas. The largest amount sought is $4,775 stemming from a search warrant served by the Metropolitan Enforcement Group of Southwestern Illinois in the 500 block of Mockingbird Street, Troy, on Feb. 1.

Murphy Sr., 51, of Madison, and Lee R. Kalbfleisch, 32, of Maryville, were charged Feb. 8 with unlawful possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, both Class X felonies, and two counts each of unlawful possession of a controlled substance, all Class 4 felonies. The cases were presented by the Madison County Sheriff’s Department. According to court documents, on Feb. 5 the two allegedly were found to have in their possession between 15-100 grams of methamphetamine with intent to deliver; and less than 15 grams each of of cocaine and Alprazolam.
