Abra college puts up community pantry for teachers, locals

LAGANGILANG, Abra, April 28(PIA) The Abra State Institute of Sciences and Technology (ASIST) Main Campus in this town has put up its own community pantry for faculty and employees who are reporting during the re-imposition of Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine in the province.
The Community Pantry office edition was made possible through the initiative of ASIST President Dr. Gregorio T. Turqueza, Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Noel Begnalen and Extension and Training Services Director Zarina Orejudos.
The pantry is packed with vegetables, fruits, poultry products and other goodies. It also offers free face masks made out of Abrenian Abel cloth.
