The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner s Office was responding to the incident in the 8000 block of N. 91st Street. Milwaukee police said a vehicle carrying the victims lost control and rear-ended a truck. An 18-year-old woman and a 19-year-old woman had to be extricated from the vehicle and died from their injuries. No other details were released.

Thirty-year-old Travis Stackhouse had been on trial this week for first-degree reckless homicide in the June 2019 death of his son, Sir Amer Stackhouse. After two days of testimony from the state’s witnesses, Stackhouse on Wednesday agreed to plead guilty to second-degree reckless homicide, child abuse and child neglect. According to prosecutors, Stackhouse was angry that his children were eating cheesecake he had gotten for Father’s Day earlier in the week and admitted striking the boy, the Journal Sentinel reported.

Officials: 1 dead in crash near 91st and Bradley in Milwaukee

Police say just before 9:30 a.m., a vehicle lost control and rear-ended a truck.  Two women in the vehicle, an 18-year-old and 19-year-old, needed to be extricated. Police say the two women succumbed to their injuries.  No other injuries were reported. This is ongoing investigation.
