Ia Anspach a 58-year-old businesswoman, bodybuilder and fitness trainer from Spring Valley Lake believes hard work pays off because has seen the results while making her own dreams come true.
Anspach said she hopes her latest dream will come to fruition by July when she plans to opens her Fit World center inside the building that formerly occupied 24 Hour Fitness on the corner of Bear Valley Road and Seventh Avenue in Victorville.
Previously located in the Food 4 Less shopping center for decades, 24 Hour Fitness closed in June 2020. It was one of 100 company clubs nationwide that permanently shuttered that year due to bankruptcy and after the COVID-19 pandemic forced gyms to close for months, the Daily Press reported.

For the second time in three years, the popular Mexican eatery in Apple Valley has made Yelp’s list of most popular places to eat this time in the category of “best seafood restaurants” in the United States.
Yelp recently compiled a list of the 25 best seafood restaurants across the nation, with Pampa-Rara ranking No. 4 after receiving five stars and 301 customer reviews.
Located on Navajo Road in the Village of Apple Valley, Pampa-Rara’s “Mexican Sea & Land” restaurant made Yelp’s Top 100 Places to Eat in the U.S. in 2019, the Daily Press reported.
