A 44-year-old Raytown woman remains in custody after being charged with drug-related felonies following a traffic stop in Lafayette County in September.
During a search of the vehicle and the driver, on September 9, authorities seized numerous illegal drugs, including: marijuana and methamphetamine.
Authorities charged Heather Graff with a Class A Felony for Trafficking Drugs and a Class D Felony for Delivery or Possession of a Controlled Substance at a Jail. Bond has been set at $50,000 cash only.
Graff’s arraignment is scheduled for 3 p.m. Monday, March 1 at Lafayette County Circuit Court.

A 37-year-old Lexington woman facing a felony charge for allegedly trying to disarm a police officer last year will have to undergo a mental evaluation before her case can proceed.
Officers were called to a residence on the night of December 31 for a disturbance. When officers arrived Mindy Dawn Garrett, who was allegedly the cause of the disturbance appeared to be intoxicated. The officer urged Garrett to go to bed but, just a few hours later, officers were called out to the same residence for another disturbance.
When the officer informed Garrett she was under arrest, she attempted to assault the officer and gain control of his side arm, forcing the officer to use his Taser to gain control of her.
