A 33-year-old Lexington man is facing felony charges after execution of a search warrant in September.
The Lafayette County DTF and Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department executed a narcotics search warrant on September 14 at a residence on Business Highway 13.
Several items were seized from a pull-behind camper of Thomas Kopp’s including: approximately 1.2 grams of methamphetamine; two glass pipes; two cell phones; a semiautomatic firearm; a 30-round Glock 9mm magazine; a socket used as a marijuana pipe; .22-caliber long rifle shells; and a digital scale.
Kopp is charged with a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance; a Class E Felony for Unlawful Use of a Weapon; and a drug-related misdemeanor. Bond is set at $50,000 cash or surety.
A 44-year-old Raytown woman is facing a drug-related felony after a traffic stop in Lafayette County in September last year.
During a search of the vehicle and the driver on September 9, authorities say they found numerous illegal drugs including: marijuana and methamphetamine.
Court documents say Heather Graff is charged with a Class A Felony for Trafficking Drugs or Attempt in the First Degree. Bond has been set at $50,000 cash only.
A Preliminary Hearing in this case has been rescheduled for 2 p.m. Monday, February 22 at Lafayette County Circuit Court.

A 52-year-old Kansas City man is facing felony charges after an alleged high-speed vehicle chase and subsequent foot pursuit in Lafayette County on Friday, January 26.
According to a probable-cause statement, a law-enforcement officer attempted to stop a vehicle on Highway 13, however the driver sped away and turned westbound on I-70. The suspect vehicle traveled at more than 110 miles per hour, and the driver allegedly threw evidence out the window of the vehicle. Spike strips were deployed, and the suspect vehicle wrecked near the 40 mile marker. The driver fled on foot, but was located and apprehended a short time later. Authorities found a handgun at the site and located methamphetamine at the spot where Williams allegedly threw items out the window.
A 38-year-old Oak Grove man is facing a felony charge for allegedly attempting to break into a house on Thursday, January 28.
According to a probable-cause statement, an Odessa Police officer was dispatched to a disturbance in the 300 block of East Main Street. Dispatch advised a male subject was attempting to make entry into the residence and had broken a window.
The resident said Troy Clough was told several times not to be at the residence.
While attempting to get Clough in handcuffs, the officer said Clough pulled away and was yelling at the resident.
Court documents say Clough is charged with a Class D Felony for Burglary in the Second Degree and a resisting-arrest misdemeanor. Bond is fixed at $25,000 cash or surety.
