Eight COVID-19 related deaths also were reported late Monday by the Madison County Health Department, bringing the county’s death toll to 439. Late Saturday, the Madison County Health Department reported a three-day positivity rate of 7.87%, the lowest it has been since Oct. 26. The seven-day rate was 9.7% and the 10-day rate was 9.71%. Madison County reported only two COVID-19 related deaths between Thursday and Saturday. After reporting no deaths on Thursday, the county reported just one day each on Friday and Saturday: a woman in her 90s on Friday and a man in his 70s on Saturday.
