During the pandemic, she trained in her neighborhood when she didnât have access to a track. She says that each day she jots down things that sheâs grateful for in a gratitude journal. That helps center her, she said. âJust making sure that Iâm taking time, time that I need and that I'm kind to myself. Really making that a priority,â she said. âThere is so much on our plate and so many things to do.
