The company's NC Protect product totalled sales of $2.35 million, up 470% in 6-month period versus entire prior year.
archTIS Ltd has completed its merger with Nucleus Cyber following the issuance of securities as the final instalment of deferred consideration due under the terms of the merger.
The move follows continued customer product adoption, technology innovation, customer satisfaction, sales distribution growth, market awareness and system integration between the entities.
