(CNMI Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency) â Based on information received from the National Weather Service on Guam, an urban and small stream flood advisory is in effect for Saipan, Tinian and Rota, Wednesday, until 2:45 p.m. At 11:46 a.m. Wednesday, satellite estimates indicated heavy rain in the advisory area. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Some locations that will experience flooding include Garapan, Dandan, China Town, Tanapag, As Mahetog,  Koblerville, Chalan Kanoa, San Antonio, San Roque, Kagman, Gualo Rai, Afetnas, Chalan Piao, Sinapalo on Rota and  San Jose on Tinian. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over the  area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
