Our client, a dynamic investment management company based in Dallas, is seeking two associate in-house counsel.  This is an outstanding and unique opportunity with a technology driven asset management company  with a focus in energy, including oil & gas and renewables. You will be part of an energetic team of creative professionals, and this role provides interesting work with significant upside and a competitive comp structure, including bonus. The winning candidates will have 1-3 years experience at a top tier law firm, outstanding academic credentials and will have solid corporate transactional experience. The role will entail the ability to function as a generalist to assist with a variety of transactional work,  as well as oversee litigation.
