Family Office Tax Partner

Kinney Recruiting is working directly with an Am25 firm in Chicago on a search for a tax partner for the firm's Private Investment & Family Office practice group. This highly regarded group is known internationally for their cutting edge work on behalf of some of the world's wealthiest families and individuals. This position can expect significant exposure to all facets of the firm's practice including a range of domestic and international tax issues, including in relation to the formation of investment funds, drafting United States tax disclosures for private placement memoranda and public offerings, negotiating and structuring the purchase and sale of businesses, structuring inbound and outbound investments, and other issues relating to mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations. Qualified candidates should have impeccable credentials and experience as well as a minimum of 7 years experience. No book of business is required for this partner position. Candidates should expect compensation to be at the top of the market. This position is open in several locations including Chicago, Boston, New York, D.C., Dallas and Houston.
