Barbour wants case to be heard; hearing set for Wednesday :

Dail Barbour is arguing that her lawsuit against the County Commission, which removed her from the library board without notice and behind closed doors, has a right to be heard.
That’s despite the Teton County Board of County Commissioners’ motion to dismiss her case. County attorneys argued that Barbour is “not entitled to relief.”
But Barbour’s attorneys — Bruce Moats, a Cheyenne-based specialist in access to government and public records, and Wilson lawyer Len Carlman — say that’s not the case.
“Commissioners may not arbitrarily dismiss a member after a 45-minute, closed meeting, based on hearsay,” they wrote. “This does not satisfy even minimal due process.”
