Belfast film producer aims for Oscar glory with Beirut docum

The head of a Belfast film studio has said he hopes to lead Ireland to another Oscar nomination for Best International Film with his emotional documentary about Lebanon, which also counts former US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton as a producer.
