BIS Updates Export Controls on Russia and Belarus : vimarsan

Bureau of Industry and Security updated their previous export controls on Russia and Belarus and added new ones. They expanded Russian and Belarusian industry sector sanctions to include quantum computing equipment, manufacturing equipment, software and technology.
