CA DWC Posts Final Proposed Medical-Legal Fee Schedule Regul

San Francisco, CA (WorkersCompensation.com) - The Division of Workers' Compensation (DWC) has posted on its website final rulemaking documents filed with the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) for approval of the new Medical-Legal Fee Schedule (MLFS). The documents include the final text of amendments to the Medical-Legal Fee Schedule (MLFS) regulations, as well as forum comments and the DWC response, and action to the comments.
OAL will review the filing and advise the Division as to whether the new fee schedule will be approved. DWC has requested an effective date of April 1, 2021.
