California utility PG&E to bury 10,000 miles of power lines to avoid sparking wildfires

California power supplier Pacific Gas & Electric said Wednesday it plans to bury 10,000 miles of its power lines to prevent sparks from starting wildfires.
The company said the project would cost between $15 and $30 billion and only account for about 10% of its lines.
