Canada's Conservatives don't expect much from O'Toole Monday, February 1, 2021 | Chad Groening (OneNewsNow.com) Spanish A pro-family advocate is concerned that Canada's new Conservative Party leader is their equivalent to an American RINO. Erin O'Toole, who was elected to the post of federal Conservative Leader last summer, recently said there is "no place for the far right" in his party. He wants to make the Conservative Party, also known as the Tories, more inclusive and moderate. "O'Toole has announced that he's supporting the U.N., he's supporting the Paris Accord, he's supporting carbon tax, [and] he's supporting the lockdowns," relays Brian Rushfeldt, former executive director of Canada Family Action. "He sounds almost identical to what our left-wing idiot liberals are doing, and that concerns me, because if he is that far left, I'm not sure what we would gain with O'Toole."
