A man charged in the riot at the U.S. Capitol has been arrested at New York's JFK International Airport, where prosecutors say he returned to the country after being deported from Kenya in an attempt to flee. 
Isaac Steve Sturgeon, 32, was arrested on Saturday afternoon on charges including obstruction of justice, obstruction of law enforcement during civil disorder, and assaulting a federal officer.
