("Captor" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce
today the release of its Audited Annual Financial Statements and MD&A for the year ended March 31, 2021. For the twelve months from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021 revenues from the sale of
cannabis at the Company’s California dispensary network were $16,217,410, with the Company recording a gross profit of $5,296,974. Revenues from cannabis sales were up $3,722,613 (30 per cent) from
the previous fiscal year, while gross profit was up $1,899,008 (56 per cent), in the face of an extremely challenging retail environment.
