PARIS — Thomas Nelson’s boys shook off the adversity of team leader Lane Hoyes dropping out of Friday’s Class 2A cross country championships just a few hundred yards away from a repeat state title with a medical issue, powering through to grab a sixth-place finish for the best team result in school history.
