Cornwall Promenade d'honneur delayed once more due to COVID-19

The news of the cancellation of the event — which, each year, honours Cornwall and area residents for their effort in preserving and promoting French culture in the area — was made earlier this week, by ACFO-SDG president Dianne Poirier. ACFO-SDG partners with the Club Richelieu de Cornwall to hold the annual event, and name a deserving individual for recognition on the Water Street monument.

“Our lives have drastically changed since January 2020,” said Poirier in an email. “We unfortunately took the decision to cancel the promenade of honour 2021 for the second straight year.”
