No more mask mandate. No more restrictions on capacity limits inside businesses. Texas is 100 percent open. “I think the time for Texas to open is now, our economy has suffered tremendous losses,” said Leward LaFleur, Marion County judge. “Hospitalization rates are low, we are in a good place.”
