Danny Masterson appears in LA court for a preliminary hearin

That '70s Show star Danny Masterson appeared in criminal court in downtown Los Angeles Tuesday for a preliminary hearing 
The preliminary hearing  is expected to last four days and will decide whether Masterson will stand trial on the rape charges 
One of Masterson's alleged victims - 46-year-old Jennifer - said Masterson once 'took off his pants and pulled out his penis'
She told a court how he plied her with a 'fruity drink', threw her in a jacuzzi, then carried her to his bed and had sex with her as she tried to fight him off
