The Nigerians in Diaspora Organisation – Americas (NIDOA) has urged President Muhammadu Buhari to order an inquiry into the murder of Prince Dennis Abuda.
Abuda was abducted on the Auchi-Benin road in Edo on January 30, 2021, while returning to Lagos for his flight to the United States after visiting his home town of Fugar.
Four days later, his decomposing body was found with bullet wounds on the Lagos-bound bypass in Benin after ransom payment.
The Police, on February 5, said some suspects had been arrested but nothing has been heard since.
In the letter to the President, NIDO appealed that the perpetrators of the crime be brought to justice.
